Online Reservations
We recommend reserving your vehicle in advance (at no additional charge) to guarantee availability at your desired pickup time. We may accommodate short-notice reservations via phone or online, subject to availability. Rates vary based on date, event, and vehicle type. For high-demand events such as weddings and graduations, early booking is strongly encouraged. A 7% sales tax and a 20% gratuity will be added at checkout.
By booking with Atlanta Car Service, the customer agrees to pay the total amount stated for the requested services. All payments must be completed prior to the pickup date. Any issues with the vehicle or chauffeur must be reported within 24 hours. Complaints made after 24 hours will not be considered valid.
Wait Time Policy
Wait time charges begin after the grace period and accrue in per-minute increments, depending on the vehicle type. If the client does not arrive within 30 minutes after the grace period, the reservation will be canceled, and no refund will be issued. Wait time fees do not apply to hourly charter reservations. See “Hourly Charters & Main Events” below.

Airport Pickups
Scheduled Flight Arrival Time:
If you select “scheduled flight arrival time,” you are granted a 60-minute courtesy window from the moment your flight lands to meet your chauffeur. Additional wait time will be charged after the 60-minute window.
Requested Pickup Time (Not Flight Time):
If you choose a pickup time other than the actual flight arrival, the chauffeur will arrive at the exact time requested. A 30-minute grace period is allowed. After that, wait time charges apply—even if your flight is delayed. If your flight arrives early, early pickup is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of our team.
Multiple Travelers:
If travelers arrive on separate flights, notification is required at the time of booking. The pickup time must align with the latest flight’s scheduled arrival. If “inside pickup” is requested for an earlier passenger, wait time fees will be charged accordingly.
To Airport / Point-to-Point Transfers
A 15-minute grace period is allowed from the scheduled pickup time. Afterward, wait time charges will apply.
Example:
If your pickup is scheduled for 10:00 AM, charges will begin at 10:16 AM.
Hourly Charters & Main Events
All major event pickups (weddings, concerts, sporting events, etc.) and pickups from FBOs (private airports) require a minimum hourly commitment:

Sedan/SUV/10-Passenger Limo: 3 hours (weekdays), 4 hours (weekends)

Sprinter/Hummer Limo: 4 hours

Bus: 5 hours
Charters are billed in 60-minute intervals, beginning at the scheduled pickup time. Minimum hours may vary depending on the vehicle, event, or season. Additional time is billed hourly during or after the trip. Unused time is non-refundable. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Point-to-Point Service
Point-to-point service includes pickup and drop-off at any non-airport location. A 15-minute grace period is allowed from the scheduled pickup time; afterward, wait time fees apply. Same-day round trips may be charged as an hourly reservation.
Wine Tours
Wine tour pricing includes transportation only. Wine tastings, meals, and additional activities are not included and must be arranged by the customer. Charges will continue in 60-minute intervals once the scheduled end time has passed.
