We encourage our clients to book their limousine service in Atlanta in advance (at no extra cost) to ensure vehicle availability at the time of pickup. While we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests by phone or online, they are subject to availability. Rates may vary depending on the date and vehicle selection. For high-demand events such as graduations and weddings, early reservations are strongly recommended.
A surcharge for taxes (7%) and gratuity (20%) will be applied at checkout.
By booking, the customer agrees to pay the quoted price for the selected services. Any issues with the vehicle or chauffeur must be reported to the company within 24 hours. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the complaint being considered invalid.

Cancellation Policy
For Stretch Limos/Sprinters/Buses:
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled pickup time: No charge.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled pickup: 30% of the reservation cost will be charged.
Cancellations made 1 to 3 days before the scheduled pickup: 50% of the reservation cost will be charged.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the reservation cost will be charged.
For Sedans and SUVs:
Cancellations made at least 3 days in advance: No charge.
Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled pickup: 30% of the reservation cost will be charged.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup: 50% of the reservation cost will be charged.
No-shows or cancellations made less than 3 hours before pickup: 100% of the reservation cost will be charged.
